Becoming a member of the Unitarian Universalists of San Mateo means that you are committed to the principles and values that Unitarian universalism embraces. It is a public declaration to support and encourage one's own and others' efforts to grow spiritually and to support the congregation's mission and vision in the wider world.
As a member of this congregation, you will be expected to become actively involved in the life of the congregation and it's ministries. All members are asked to reflect on their life circumstances and their spiritual goals, and to make a serious commitment to serving the mission and purposes of our congregation.
