The Coordinating Team has administrative and operational responsibility for
implementation of the approved purposes and programs of the congregation, subject to written
policies and procedures developed by the Board, and subject to oversight by and the ultimate
authority of the Board.
The Coordinating Team consists of the Minister as Chair, members
of the congregation, and may include other members of the staff. The Board shall determine the
number of persons serving on the Coordinating Team, and shall approve the appointments
thereto on an annual basis, after consultation with the Minister. The Board shall actively monitor
the Coordinating Team.
