Our congregation has six purpose areas, which articulate the ministrywe seek to do as a religious community (see list at right). Our Board of Trustees does an in-depth study of three of our
purposes a year. The process begins when the Coordinating Team gives a
report to the Board of Trustees. The Board studies the report and does
its own analysis, including holding an open communication forum with
the congregation on each purpose area. The monitoring process ends with
the Board of Trustees publishing a final report. The monitoring reports
