After you have attended the Getting to Know UU gathering and have filled out your Membership Enrollment Kit forms, then you’re ready to become a member!
Sign the Membership Book It is available most Sundays at the Welcome Table in the Ann Benner Room after the services or in the office during office hours – Tuesday through Friday, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Your signature must be witnessed by someone from the Membership Team, clergy or staff. Many folks choose to sign the book on their Membership Welcoming Sunday. Participate in a formal Membership Welcoming Ceremony Take part in this special covenant with the congregation. New members receive a flower, a chalice pin, and their “member” nametag. Members and their guests are invited to a special pre-service gathering during which their pictures are taken for our new-member bulletin board. |
