Our congregation is governed by a Board of Trustees, which is democratically elected annually. The Board utilizes a policy-based governance approach, which means they focus on policy creation and monitoring, and delegate the daily operations of the church to the Coordinating Team. The Coordinating Team, in turn, works closely with our committees, councils, and staff. In this section, you'll find our governing documents, meeting agendas, policies and minutes. |
