UUSM utilizes several communications channels as a means of keeping members and friends informed and up-to-date.

Compass Rose is a quarterly journal with reflections, stories, insights from the ministers and the members of the congregation. It is meant to provide a compass or guidepost as members of the community travel on their own spiritual journeys.

E-nnouncements is a weekly e-mail bulletin with a description of the upcoming Sunday services, and a listing of upcoming events and activities. The E-nnouncements is sent out every Thursday afternoon. The deadline for submissions is 12:00 noon every Wednesday.

Special e-Mail Announcements, dedicated to a single event, can be sent out by the UUSM office to the community's entire e-mail list. Use of this communications medium is limited (usually to congregation-wide activities) so as to avoid inundating members' e-mail mailboxes. The best days to send these e-mails are Tuesdays and Fridays. Contact the UUSM office for more information.
